SameDay Health & Imaging keeps its most commonly prescribed medications on hand to send home with patients. The goal of the program is to get you feeling better as quickly as possible, while avoiding an additional stop at the pharmacy on the way home. Payment for medications is required at the time of service.

However, we are always happy to send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice if that is more convenient for you.

Imaging

SameDay Health & Imaging offers an array of imaging services focused on preventative health care and treatment.

An X-ray is a quick, painless test that captures images of the structures inside the body – particularly bones. X-ray technology is used to examine many parts of the body, including

  • Fractures & infections
  • Arthritis
  • Lung infections or conditions
  • Digestive tract issues

A bone density scan allows for measurement of the health of one’s bones. Health care providers use DEXA scans to identify decreases in bone density, confirm a diagnosis of osteoporosis or monitor treatment.

A screening mammogram is an X-ray of your breasts used to detect changes that could be cancerous in people who have no signs or symptoms. The goal is to detect cancer when it’s small and treatment may be less invasive. Talk with your health care provider about your risk factors to determine when you should begin regular screenings.
