This is an unprecedented time for our community. A time for us to be level-headed, open-hearted, and focused on what we can do to care for ourselves, our families, our communities, and our country. The better everyone in our community is able to face each day with calm and kindness, the better we will all be at handling the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
The Foundation at Sheridan Memorial Hospital stands alongside Sheridan Memorial Hospital to ensure we are providing necessary resources to support all efforts to keep our community safe and healthy.
Over the last weeks, days, and right now, planning is in place to ensure that Sheridan Memorial Hospital has access to all necessary resources to provide excellent patient-centered care throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. As community members, neighbors, and friends, many are looking for opportunities to help support these efforts in the coming months and contribute to COVID-19 Relief Efforts.
We are working closely with hospital leadership to support the many efforts recently initiated. Conditions and circumstances change daily for our community and healthcare operations. Keeping that in mind, it is our mission to provide care and support to patients, wherever COVID-19 makes immediate impacts. Our board members are working diligently to provide funding for things such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Respiratory Equipment, GAP Funds, and the hospital’s greatest needs as soon as they are presented.
