Building a Mental Health Collaborative

Sheridan Memorial Hospital is pleased to host an evening conversation about mental health resources in Sheridan and Johnson counties and learn how we all can help make a difference in the lives of our friends, families and neighbors.

Keynote speaker Dr. Kent Corso is a licensed clinical psychologist and board-certified behavior analyst. His career in suicidology began more than 20 years ago, while serving in the U.S. Air Force. Dr. Corso has researched, developed and evaluated suicide prevention programs across the North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. Most recently, he developed PROSPER, an evidence-based suicide prevention and intervention program. Dr. Corso has published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers on suicide and the behavioral sciences, and is a leading expert in novel scientific methods and digital technologies for analyzing suicide.
